YOUR SAFETY COMES BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE

An outdated or overloaded panel is one of the more common causes of electrical fires in older homes. We check for that first — not just sell you an upgrade.

01

A real inspection, not a sales pitch

We check for overloaded circuits, worn breakers, and outdated wiring before recommending anything — you'll know exactly what your home needs and why.

02

Insurance & resale ready

Many insurers now require an updated panel for coverage or renewal. We handle the permit and inspection so it's done right the first time.

03

Respect for your home

Drop cloths down, work explained in plain language, and everything cleaned up before we leave — it's your home, not a job site.

BEFORE YOU BOOK AN ESTIMATE

Questions homeowners ask us most. Still have one? Call us directly at (786) 684-1864.

How do I know if my panel actually needs an upgrade?

Flickering lights, breakers that trip often, a burning smell near the panel, or a panel over 20-25 years old are all signs worth having checked — we'll give you a straight answer during the free assessment.

Will I be without power during the upgrade?

Power is off for part of the day during the swap itself, usually a few hours — we coordinate with the utility company so it's as short as possible.

How long does the whole thing take?

Most residential panel upgrades are completed in a single day, permit to final inspection included, depending on the utility's scheduling.

Does my insurance really require this?

Many insurers in Florida now require an updated panel for older homes to keep or renew coverage — we can give you documentation for your insurer once the work is done.

Do you handle the permit and inspection?

Yes — we pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and I'm on-site for it. You don't have to chase anything down yourself.
