Full electrical scope, ground-up

Your electrical sub for the whole build.

Service entrance to trim-out — panel sizing, rough wiring, EV-ready circuits, and security pre-wire — one licensed crew from ground-up through final inspection, not a different sub for every phase.

ONE CONTRACT INSTEAD OF FOUR SUBS

Service entrance, rough wiring, EV circuits, security pre-wire — piecing that out to separate subs means separate schedules, separate inspections, and separate people to chase.

One sub for the full scope

Service entrance, panel, rough wiring, and trim-out under one contract and one license — not pieced out to whoever's available each phase.

02

We plan around your framing schedule

Rough-in phased around your framing and drywall milestones, with the inspections handled so we're never the reason the next trade is waiting.

03

EV and security built in from rough-in

Conduit and circuits for EV chargers and security systems run during rough-in — not retrofitted through finished walls after the fact.

BEFORE YOU BID THE JOB

Questions GCs ask us most. Still have one? Call us directly at (786) 684-1864.

Can you handle the entire electrical scope, not just one phase?

Yes — service entrance, panel, full rough wiring, EV and security pre-wire, and trim-out are all quoted and handled as one scope under one contract.

Do you coordinate rough-in around our framing schedule?

Yes — give us your target framing and drywall dates and we phase the rough-in and inspection around them, so we're not the bottleneck for the next trade.

Is EV and security pre-wire included, or an add-on?

It's built into the rough-in bid from the start if you want it — cheaper to run the conduit once during framing than to retrofit either system after drywall.

Can you scope this for a multi-unit or spec-home project?

Yes. We size the service and wiring plan for the full unit count up front, which is more efficient than pricing and staffing unit by unit.

Do you pull your own permits for both rough-in and final?

Yes. One application covers both inspections, and we're on-site for both — it's off your plate either way.
