WE CHECK THE PANEL BEFORE WE QUOTE THE CHARGER

Half the EV charger call-backs in this business come from skipping the load calc. We don't.

01

We run the load calc first

Every quote starts with a proper NEC 220.83 load calculation, so you know upfront whether the existing panel can handle it or needs an upgrade — no surprise change orders mid-job.

02

Built for the 2026 NEC update

Permanently installed Level 2 chargers now require a qualified installer under code — we're licensed for it and document it for the inspector.

03

Single unit or a whole parking structure

Same process for a homeowner's garage or a multi-unit new construction project with a dozen charger locations — sized and sequenced either way.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN AN EV CHARGER INSTALL

From a single garage charger to load calcs and wiring for a full multi-unit rollout.

BEFORE YOU BID THE JOB

Questions GCs ask us most. Still have one? Call us directly at (786) 684-1864.

Will the existing panel need an upgrade for the charger?

Depends on the home's other fixed loads — AC, water heater, range — and the panel's remaining capacity. We run the NEC 220.83 load calc up front so you know before you bid, not after.

Are you set up for the 2026 NEC update on Level 2 chargers?

Yes. Permanently installed Level 2 chargers now require a qualified installer under the updated code — we're licensed for it and document the install for inspection.

Can you handle multiple charger locations on a new construction or multi-unit project?

Yes — we size the service and wiring for the full charger count up front rather than one at a time, which is cheaper than multiple mobilizations.

Do you pull your own permits?

Yes. We handle the electrical permit application and submittal to Miami-Dade or Broward ourselves and track it until it's issued, so it's off your plate.

How fast can you turn around an estimate?

Most job-site estimates are returned within a few business days of the walk, so you can get it into your bid before the deadline.
